WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT?

We accept online card payments via Visa, MasterCard and Verve. Our payments are processed by our payment partner Paystack. We also accept direct bank transfer. You will be offered these options in our checkout page.

 

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

We guarantee that your payment and personal data will always be kept 100% private and secure. All personal data is securely encrypted and protected with SSL (the industry standard for securing data on websites).  You can confirm SSL is being used by looking for the small padlock symbol on your webpage (check the bottom or top corners). We never see or store your card information on our website; all payment cards are processed by our Bank through our payment provider Paystack.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

Please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order if you would like to provide any additional details. We aim to dispatch our orders by the next working day and order details cannot be changed after dispatched.

 

CAN I HAVE MY PARCEL REDIRECTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes you may, Please contact us as soon as possible, we will be able to assist before dispatch.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO ANYWHERE IN NIGERIA?

Yes we ship all over Nigeria. Please see the Delivery information page for more details.

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Please see the delivery information page here for more details and delivery charge estimates. The shipping charge will automatically be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For standard delivery, we aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Any order received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Express orders can be received the following day within Lagos. Our Delivery information page has more details. All items will be shipped via our selected delivery partners, which may differ based on your location.

 

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE NIGERIA?

Yes we do, please send us an email @ orders@picolanda.com. Delivery charges will be calculated and shared for your confirmation before processing orders.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please call us, if you would like to get whereabouts of your order, only if it has exceeded the delivery period for your shipping type.

 

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE COLOUR OR SIZE I AM LOOKING FOR?

The colours and sizes available in the online shop are generally reflect what we currently have in stock, However you may contact us if you are looking for a specific size, as we may have just refilled our stock.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Our dress measurements are based on standard sizing. Please see our Sizing Chart page for more information. Alternatively, you can send us your child’s measurement (Chest, Waist and Hips) and we will be able to recommend the most appropriate size for. Our sizing for occasion dresses is dual sized as is designed to fit your child all the way through to the upper size age, we want to make sure your child gets plenty of wear out of them.

 

WHERE ELSE CAN I BUY PICOLANDA & FLEUR DRESSES?

The full Picolanda & Fleur range currently retails exclusively at SPAR store Adeola Odeku, VI

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are unable to accept returns at this time, but we will be happy to exchange a size/colour for you. If you decide you would like to exchange an item, you have 3 days upon receipt of the item to email us with the Order name and phone number, and send the item back to us. We offer free returns within Lagos, via our courier. For customers outside Lagos, Please

All items being returned are subject to inspection and provided the item is received with the original tags, clean and unworn and in re-saleable condition.
